    David Debbs

    David Debbs | Managing Director

    David Debbs is a dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience achieving business objectives with technology-enabled solutions. He has served in a variety of roles including Project Manager, hands-on technical consultant, business strategist, and client relationship manager. He has the proven ability to build highly productive teams and processes and has successfully delivered complex business and technology solutions.

    Debbs has consulting experience in the fields of energy, technology and system integration; and as one of the founders and the COO of Align Solutions, David played a critical role in the growth of the organization to a run rate of $48 million.

    Doug Erb

    Doug Erb | Co-founder and Managing Director

    Since founding the company, Doug Erb has guided Canidium’s vision to transform its customers sales operations into highly efficient and analysis based organizations. Erb has been responsible for taking Canidium from a start-up to a multimillion dollar organization, while serving in a wide range of executive management roles including strategic business development, sales, finance and operations. Erb has also driven Canidium’s partner relationships and is recognized as a leader in the space.

    Previously Erb developed highly successful compensation and testing teams. He has a wide variety of experience in several industries including Insurance, Banking, Automobile Retail, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. Erb possesses an extensive working knowledge in the deployment of compensation software with hands-on experience of Varicent, Versata, Iconixx Software, Oracle and Callidus

    Erb also serves as managing partner in Wayne Street Properties LLP, a property holding company for more than 5 years.

    Jason Kearns

    Jason Kearns | Solutions Director

    Jason Kearns brings more than 12 years of industry experience, specifically in Sales Performance Management (SPM) consulting, to his role as Solutions Director with Canidium LLC. He is responsible for delivering Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions utilizing Canidium’s network of software partners and in-house team of experienced professional consultants.

    Kearns’ technical background includes problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Functional experience includes project planning/management, resource allocation, requirements identification, risk mitigation, and client training. Kearns has also served as Project Manager, Solutions Architect and Senior Compensation Consultant on SPM projects implementing several enterprise software solutions. Kearns has a wide variety of industry experience in several major vertical markets including Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, High Tech, Telecommunications, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology.

    Kearns joined the Canidium LLC team in 2008, and has made tremendous contributions to the company’s exponential revenue growth. He has served in several key leadership roles and is presently a member of the corporate management team. Kearns is based in San Antonio, Texas.

    Mike Stus

    Mike Stus | Co-founder and Managing Director

    Mike Stus co-founded Canidium in early 2008 and has filled various roles in the areas of delivery leadership, front and back office operations, marketing, and technical sales. Stus’ contributions have insured stability during Canidium’s remarkably quick growth from zero to multimillion dollar revenues.

    Stus possesses nearly 20 years technology consulting experience, much of this focused on architecting and implementing sales performance management solutions in numerous industries. This experience and a keen understanding of the SPM solution landscape continue to keep Canidium’s service offerings in tune with customer needs.

    Prior to Canidium, Stus held leadership positions with EDS, Iconixx, Motiva (acquired by Siebel/Oracle), and enjoyed a successful independent consulting business.

    Scott Williamson

    Scott Williamson | Vice President of Sales

    Scott Williamson brings more than 22 years of experience in the consulting and software industries, to his role at Canidium LLC. He specializes in helping clients create company vision, define go-to-market strategies, build inside and outside sales teams, define effective sales compensation strategies as well as implement processes and software that will operationalize the company’s vision.

    Williamson has held executive management roles in a variety of areas that include sales, marketing, business development and operations. He has extensive experience working with clients on both a national and international level. These clients range from the Energy, High-Tech, Insurance, Financial Services, Flight Services, Retail, Telecommunications and Manufacturing industries. Williamson has worked with such companies as Accenture; formerly Arthur Andersen & Co, BSG, Align Solutions, Iconixx and Quorum Business Solutions.

    He was a co-founder of Align Solutions, which was recognized as Houston’s fastest growing company from 1996-1999 prior to its IPO as Luminant Worldwide. At Iconixx, Williamson served as the VP of Sales and Marketing and helped lead the company to record growth resulting in a sale of the company. During his time at Quorum, Williamson served as Chief Commercial Officer, EVP of Business Development and EVP in charge of the Business Intelligence service line. This helped the company drive record revenues that led to investment from two of the world‘s largest Private Equity Firms, The Carlyle Group and Riverstone Holdings.
